Creates an instance of WebCoreService based on the provided configuration.
Type Parameters
- T extends keyof WebCoreServiceMap
Parameters
- config: WebCoreConfig<T>
  The configuration for the WebCore service.
Returns WebCoreServiceMap[T]
An instance of WebCoreService specific to the cloud provider.

Throws
Error if the cloud provider is not supported.
